Feed Lucas County Children, Inc. (FLCC), founded in 2002, is the advocate for the relief and elimination of child hunger in Lucas County.

Current Programs

  • Operate one of the largest summer food programs in the state to end hunger

  • October 1, 2009 expand the after-school meal program

  • Collaborate with other organizations to assist in a public awareness program regarding programs that are available to help families obtain food at less cost. In reality, this will make the food stamp card reach to the end of the month for these families

  • Collaborate with Toledo Dental Society and encourage participation of our children with the annual “Give Kids A Smile” program
